Just the Essentials

When you think essentials, most likely you don't immediately think active meditation techniques, essential oils, and yoga. If you did, here would be the essentials on the list:

1. Grounding Cord: the go to active meditation technique when feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or in need of letting go. It's a great way to energize mid-day and to unwind at the end of the day. It takes less than 10 seconds and doesn't cost a thing. You can connect to yours anytime, anywhere. 

2. Lavender Essential Oil: so versatile. This essential oil is more than a classic, it's aroma relaxes, uplifts, and calms. The scent can freshen up a room and support a peaceful night of sleep. It's a favorite and a must have. 

3. Utkatasana or Chair Pose: the Sanskrit name meaning wild or fierce, this pose empowers and strengthens. It is a go to when looking for balance and stability. Practice this pose anytime the mood strikes. Hold for a few breaths and then continue on your day!
