Young Living Essential Oils support overall well-being as well as emotional, physical, and spiritual health. We love to use our oils everyday: to give a boost (a whiff of peppermint can wake me right up), to energize throughout the day (diffusing lemon oil, laurus nobilis, and black pepper help us get to work), and to brighten a mood (a few drops of an oil blend as a perfume each morning).
I have been wearing and enjoying this particular concoction every day. I call it my Mood Boost Blend. This blend has jasmine (induces euphoria), bergamot (helps lower anxiety), geranium (equalizes emotions), and ylang ylang (helps take the edge off anger/anxiety).
Here's the recipe:
2-4 drops jasmine
2-4 drops bergamot
3-5 drops geranium
1-3 drops ylang ylang
Adjust the amount of drops depending on your preference and the size of the bottle you are using. Add a carrier oil such as almond, avocado, or olive oil to fill. Roll to mix the oils together and use on pulse points or put on hands and inhale for a mood boost. Enjoy!
