How many times have you done a thing you knew wasn't right at the time, and it came back to bite you?
What did you tell yourself? You may have said something along the lines of, "Next time, I'm going to trust my gut!"
On the flip side, sometimes you simply know; you'll say, "My gut tells me to keep going."
Instincts. Intuition. Spidey-senses. Hunches. That little voice in your head. That twisty feeling in your gut when you know something is a little off, or the flutter when you know something's going to turn out right.
Do you pay attention to that stuff? What is it? Where does it come from? Do you know how to tap into it on demand?
What could you do differently if you were getting information about the energy of a situation?
Ask yourself what you're ready to know, and let yourself get an answer. Trust the answer you receive. Make one adjustment, take one step, move incrementally toward that answer.
And notice what happens.
