TELECLASSES ARE ON THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY EVENINGS AT 6 PM:
NOVEMBER 26, DECEMBER 3, DECEMBER 10, AND DECEMBER 17.
This mini-series will be held via conference call. We'll do three calls, each one being a 20-30 minute guided meditation. We'll be using techniques from our AMP (Active Meditation Practice) Program as well as some new tools. It's open to anyone at any level, no prior meditation experience is necessary.
